Privacy policy

Acelera ERP is the platform service businesses use to receive requests, send quotes, take payments and message their clients. This policy explains what data we process, why, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.

Who we are

Acelera ERP is a brand of JOGO APP LLC, a Wyoming (USA) company.

For the businesses that use Acelera (owners and their teams), JOGO APP LLC is responsible for their account data.

For those businesses' clients (anyone who requests a service on a business's website, or whom a business registers), the business is responsible. Acelera processes that data on the business's behalf and on its instructions.

What data we process

From business teams: name, email, role and the business's details (name, phone, address, hours, logo, website). Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase: we never store passwords. The card a business pays Acelera with goes to Stripe: we only see its brand and last 4 digits.

From businesses' clients: name, phone, email, what they request (the service, answers such as vehicle type or area, preferred date), the messages they exchange with the business by WhatsApp or email, the consent they gave to be contacted (its text and date), the team's notes and the status of their payments. Card details go to Wompi: Acelera never sees them.

Technical data: IP address and browser data for security, abuse limits and server logs. In the ERP we keep preferences such as language or design on your device. We use no advertising cookies.

Signing in with Google

If you're on a business's team and sign in with Google, Google shares with us, through Firebase, your name, your email address, your profile picture and an identifier for your account. We only ask for basic sign-in permissions: Acelera can't see your Gmail, Drive, calendar, contacts or any other data in your Google account.

We use your email to know which businesses you have access to, and your name so your team can see who made each change. We keep your name, your email and your Firebase identifier for as long as you have an account; we don't use your picture.

We don't sell this data, use it for advertising or use it to train artificial intelligence models, and we don't pass it to anyone except the providers in this policy that we need to run the service. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see “Your rights and how to delete your data”).

Acelera's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we use it for

To provide the service: receive and organize requests, send quotes, create payment links and send the messages the business turns on or sends (confirmations, reminders, appointment updates, thank-you notes and review requests).

To tell the business's team about new requests and payments, give support, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.

We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

WhatsApp messages

WhatsApp messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, and only to people who agreed to receive them: by ticking the consent on the business's website, by writing to the business first, or when the business records their consent.

We receive delivery status and the client's replies from Meta only so the business can see them in its inbox. To stop receiving messages, reply that you don't want any more or ask the business.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that process it for us: Railway (servers and database, USA), Google Firebase (team sign-in), Meta (WhatsApp messages), Resend (email), Stripe (the business's Acelera subscription) and Wompi (payments, when the business connects it).

We may also share it with authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

While the business uses Acelera and as long as needed to provide the service.

When a client or the business asks to erase a client's data, we delete their name, phone, email, what they wrote and their conversations. Amounts and dates stay for the business's books.

When a business closes its account, we delete or anonymize its data within 90 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

Your rights and how to delete your data

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it.

If you're a business's client, ask the business first: it decides about your data and can erase it in Acelera. If it doesn't answer, or if you're on a business's team, write to jogoapp.developers@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy" and the business's name. We answer within 30 days.

Security

Every connection is encrypted. Businesses' keys (such as their Wompi keys) are stored encrypted. Each team sees only its own business's data, according to its role.

International transfers

Our servers are in the United States. If you use Acelera from another country, your data is transferred there, with the protections in this policy.

Children

Acelera is not meant for people under 16. Businesses must not register minors' data without their parents' or guardians' permission.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update this page and its date. If the change is significant, we tell businesses in Acelera or by email.
