Terms of service

The service

Acelera ERP is an online system for service businesses: it receives the requests from the business's website, organizes them by stage, creates quotes and payment links, and sends the WhatsApp and email messages the business turns on or sends.

We keep improving it: we may add, change or remove features. If we remove something important you're using, we'll tell you first.

Your account and your team

The business owner decides who can sign in and with which role. Each person looks after their own access (their Google account or password) and tells us if they think someone else got in.

The business is responsible for what its team does in its account.

Plan, trial and payments

New businesses get a 14-day trial, no card needed. After that, Acelera is paid monthly through Stripe, at the price shown in Settings → Billing before you subscribe. If you subscribe during the trial, the first charge comes when the trial ends.

The subscription renews every month. You can cancel it any time from Settings → Billing: you keep access until the end of the month already paid and aren't charged again. We don't refund partial months, unless the law says otherwise.

If a payment fails, you have 7 days to catch up. After that, the account is read-only until the payment goes through: you can see your data and pay, but not make changes, and automatic messages to your clients are paused. Requests from your website and alerts to your team keep coming.

If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance.

Charging your clients

Payment links are processed by Wompi under the business's own account. Acelera doesn't receive the money or see your clients' card details. Charges, refunds, chargebacks and fees are between the business, its client and Wompi, under the business's agreement with Wompi.

Your clients' data and messages

The business is responsible for its clients' data and for having permission to use it. Acelera processes it on the business's behalf, as explained in the Privacy policy.

You may only send WhatsApp or email messages to clients who agreed to receive them, and you must stop messaging anyone who asks you to. WhatsApp messages also follow Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.

Acceptable use

You may not use Acelera to send spam, for illegal, misleading or offensive content, or to impersonate another person or business.

Nor may you try to access another business's data, get around the service's security or limits, overload it, or resell Acelera without our permission.

If an account breaks these terms, we may suspend it. When we can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Your data and our brand

The data your business keeps in Acelera belongs to your business. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service. If you want a copy, ask at jogoapp.developers@gmail.com.

Acelera ERP (the software, the brand and the design) belongs to JOGO APP LLC. Using it gives you no other rights to it.

Third-party services

Acelera works with Google (sign-in), Meta (WhatsApp), Resend (email), Stripe (the subscription) and Wompi (payments), among others. Their rules and availability don't depend on us: if one of them fails or changes, a feature of Acelera may be affected.

Availability and warranties

We do our best to keep Acelera available and working well, but we can't guarantee it will never fail or have errors. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, without further warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, JOGO APP LLC is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, clients or data, and its total liability for any claim is limited to what the business paid for Acelera in the previous 12 months.

Cancellation and closing an account

You can stop using Acelera whenever you want. We may close an account that breaks these terms or stops paying.

When an account is closed, we delete or anonymize its data within 90 days, as the Privacy policy says. If you want a copy, ask for it before closing.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update this page and its date. If the change is important, we tell businesses in Acelera or by email before it applies. If you keep using Acelera afterwards, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), without taking away any rights the law of your country doesn't allow you to waive.
